By downloading, installing, or using the yCal application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
The App provides calendaring functionality solely on your local device. It does not connect to or communicate with any internet-based service or external server. Please note, however, that yCal uses standard operating system services from macOS, which may, depending on your OS configuration, result in macOS transferring data to calendar servers in the internet. Specifically, if you are using calendars hosted on internet servers (e.g., iCloud-based calendars, Google calendars etc.), modifications to these calendars (which yCal performs locally) will be propagated through standard macOS services to these internet servers.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
Under no circumstances shall we (the developers of yCal) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the App.
All content, design, and code related to the App are owned by the developer. You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, reproduce, or distribute the App without explicit written permission.
These Terms may be updated periodically without notice. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
